We accept returns or exchanges only if:
You received a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
You request the return within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.

We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Items washed, altered, or used.
Customized or stitched products.
Clearance sale or final sale items (unless defective).

Customers must pack the item securely in the original packaging.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7β10 business days after inspection.
