  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Note:
We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

  • Items washed, altered, or used.

  • Customized or stitched products.

  • Clearance sale or final sale items (unless defective).

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product:
