At Karigar Craft, we want you to love what you buy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund guidelines below.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Note: Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.
To initiate a return or exchange:

🎫 Raise a support ticket on our website.
2️⃣ Share your order number, clear photos of the product showing the issue, and the reason for return.
3️⃣ Once approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back.
Customers are responsible for securely packing the return parcel.
In most cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
Custom-stitched or altered items.
Products bought during clearance or final sale events (unless defective).
Exchanges are allowed for eligible defective or wrong items only.
If you want a different product, please place a new order and return the original item as per the policy.
