You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.
After 12 hours, or once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if the product is defective or incorrect.
To cancel your order within the allowed time frame:

3️⃣ Our team will confirm if the order is still eligible for cancellation and update you within 1–2 business days.
If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time:
We will process your full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Customized, special-order, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
